     As I look through all the pictures from Katsucon, I'm noticing one thing.  Everyone looks happy.  Really, genuinely, honestly happy.  Truth is, we didn't make as much as we had planned, but what we got out of it was way more than worth it.  I really miss the people I got to spend time with already, the few times a year just doesn't seem like enough to me.  But I' m home and alive.  I'll be posting a much more detailed post as well, and the next comic will be a con report, in fact you can expect one from all of our group. =)  We teamed up with with Vaz, Hawk and Ananth, Matt and Ian and even though they weren't part of our space, Katie Bair and Mookie were also part of our entourage.  I have to thank Matt again for recommending that I get in touch with Mookie, he was one of the nicest people I've ever aimed a banana at!  Mookie, Thank you for the shirt and for watching my things for waaaay longer than you needed to!  It was too much fun!

     Very special thanks to Barb for having us, moderating one of the best panels in webcomic history, and for generally being sweet!  It was great to see you again, and I hope you and Chris join us at future cons.  More special thanks to Richard "Pocky" Kim for setting up our space, having us in his way and being a great guy.  It was great seeing you, I hope you like the mascot art.  You both made the con incredibly enjoyable for us all, and it goes without saying I consider you both good friends.

     We've really formed a closely knit group the past few cons, and I plan on getting to work on Otakon and Portcon plans this week.  We also have plans for SDCC in the works, and maybe more.  To the group of amazingly talented artists I got to work with this con: thank you all for accompanying me and making the convention such a great experience.  I can't wait to see everyone again.

     And while I'm gushing so profusely...

     There were a number of other wonderful people who made this con a great time.  Fred and Sarah, it was wonderful to see you again and to actually sit down and relax for once!  I'm sorry I couldn't stay later to spend more time, but hopefully next time.  And I promise not to bring a ton of books next time!  You've made some folks here in Maine VERY, VERY happy.  Jodan, you're a great guy and it's always great to see you and Katie.  Doc, you were absolutely invaluable, thanks for your help!  Art Show crew, you all rocked!  Don't forget to send me that contact info!   Thank you Moony for keeping us organized and sane.  Thanks Jes, I hope you know I consider you as much a part of PL crew as Mac Hall crew, and I think the other comics agree.  Thanks to Rob from PartiallyClips, Chris from Fragile Gravity, Absath from Ctr+Alt+Del and Kara from Conscrew for joining us at the panel and for being such great folks!  Thanks for the book Rob!

     It was also great meeting Scott of Dub This.  It's a great little webcomic that has just the right amount of the angst I love, you should give it a look.  Unfortunately, the folks at VG Cats couldn't make it, but hopefully they'll be joining us in the future, also a great comic to check out.

     To the cool dude at Staples in New London RI: THANKS!  I'm glad you like PL and I hope you like the print!

     And of course, my crew.  Booj, you are THE MAN!  Only Initial B could have gotten us through the ten hour drive in six hours safely!  PL wouldn't be what it is without you, we're all looking forward to a real con report from you!  Jess, the Whitemage, you were a huge help behind the PL table!  Thanks for being the Emergency Backup Muse!  Jekka, Ace, PL couldn't have better models for Secret Agents.  Bill and April, your hospitality made the trip a whole lot easier.  Thanks for being our waypoint in RI.  Jamie, thanks for being the best booth babe ever!  Hehe, it was a blast having you. And of course, Nami.  You're my muse, I couldn't have done this comic in the first place without you and I will always be eternally grateful.  You really are an angel.

     Gush gush, I know I'm forgetting people.  But this was supposed to be the short version... ^^;

     Finally, all the PL readers who came out to see me.  You guys rock more than anything!  You've stuck with me through all the downtime, art days and everything and you're STILL so supportive!  Thank you everyone who came and talked to me, bought something to support PL, got a free sketch and gave me so much support!  You guys are the best!  Thanks for all of you who scanned the sketches I drew, I'll post them in the gallery for you if you want.

     I could go on and on, but really, I need to stop here, and I KNOW I'm forgetting folks1  I'm really sorry if I have, it's just because I'm brain-dead-tired.  So now, off to hibernate and tomorrow I'll get back to work on the strip.  in the meantime, check out A Fan's View (that's my group o friends in the banner!), Disposable Fantasies, and Todom's Domain for some great pics of all of us at the con.  I'm sure Mac Hall and Applegeeks will have some great pics too, and if you have any of us or find a site that has some good ones, please let me know I'd love to see them!

And we escaped sealed the box' o doom...
