To Order:
Simply navigate your way to the desired
product or products and click the shiny "buy now" buttons. This will
open a Paypal screen showing you the contents of your shopping cart, which
is also viewable at any time by clicking the "view cart" buttons.
When you're finished, click the "Checkout with Paypal" button, or click
"Continue Shopping" to keep on adding loot and swag to your cart.
I currently accept Paypal and most major credit cards for payment. Be
sure to include any special instructions in the order once you've proceeded
to the checkout screen, such as who I should make a signed print out to!
Upon completion of your order, Paypal will send out a confirmation e-mail
with your receipt, and I'll be able to eat. =)
Shipping:
Currently, all products ship via USPS.
Expect two to three weeks for delivery (though I'll try to make it as fast
as possible!) If you need alternate shipping, me. At the moment, only shipping within the US is
available. For international shipping, again, me. Please
provide a correct, physical address. I can't guarantee that my
products will fit in a little PO box! Holidays also have a nasty way
of delaying orders, so order early!
Availability:
Products are generally in stock or ready
to order unless otherwise noted. Because of the speed at which I am
able to order new stock, I will keep sold out items available, and
replenish them as they are ordered. For this reason, some orders may
take slightly longer to ship. If it seems an order will take greater
than 4 weeks for you to receive, I will contact you and let you know.
From there, you may cancel or alter your order if you wish .
Returns:
Why would you ever want to do that? ^_~
In the event that you are unsatisfied with a product, or a product is
damaged, I urge you to me with the nature of the issue. I
will send further instructions depending on the situation. Returns
are normally accepted within 30 days of shipping. Refunds or
exchanges will be granted for all returned and undamaged
merchandise except for personalized signed prints.
Prints made out to a specific person, but have been damaged in shipping may
be exchanged for another copy of the same print. Unfortunately, I
cannot refund shipping costs. I can, however, yell and scream at the
post office and try to arrange free shipping on the exchange. If that
fails, I'll send ninjas to exact revenge.
